What currency are your prices in?

All of our price are in U.S. Dollars.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please contact CMG Support if you would like to make a payment using an alternative method.

Why was I charged a foreign transaction fee?

We are a Canadian company and, if you live outside of Canada, you may be charged additional fees. This varies from bank to bank.

Debit cards tend to have the highest foreign transaction fees. We suggest paying with a credit card without fees to avoid these charges.

What should I do if my credit card was declined?

Credit cards are often declined for two main reasons:

Incorrect Details

Double-check to make sure you inputed all of your details correctly. This includes your full name, address, credit card number, expiry date and CVV code.

Foreign Restrictions

Church Motion Graphics is a Canadian company and some credit cards do not allow purchases outside of their country of origin.

We recommend calling your bank to identify the problem. They can quickly analyze your payment request and see why the purchase was declined. Once they give you the green light, you are welcome to try making the purchase again.


How do I upgrade my subscription?

To upgrade your subscription just sign in to your account, click the “Subscriptions & Upgrades” text link near the bottom of the dialog box and choose a new subscription you would like to purchase.

When you upgrade your subscription you’ll be credited for any time you have left on your current subscription. For example if you subscribed to a Standard Yearly Subscription 6 months ago at $99, you’ll be credited $49.50 for the unused portion of your subscription.

If I subscribe half way through the month, will I be able to access the current CMG Pack?

Yes! Even if you subscribe on the last day of the month, you will still be able to download the current CMG Pack.

What is the file size of a typical CMG Pack?

One pack is roughly 500MB and the files can be downloaded individually or in Zips.

Will your media work in my worship presentation software?

Any software that supports WMV or MOV H.264 playback will accept our video files. On a Windows PC, you will typically use the WMV files when using MediaShout, EasyWorship, SongShowPlus, Worship Extreme, Proclaim, Power Point and Windows Media Player. On a Mac, you will typically use MOV files when using ProPresenter, Pro Video Player, MediaShout, Proclaim, WorshipExtreme, Keynote and QuickTime. Every worship software will support our JPEG still graphics.

Which formats and resolutions does your media come in?

Here is a breakdown of all the sizes and formats we offer to everyone.

MOV: HD (1280×720), HD 1080 (1920×1080), 4K (3840×2160), Triple-Wide SD (1920×480), Triple-Wide HD (3840×720) and SD 800 (800×600). Premium Subscribers have additional access to 9:16 (1080×1920) and ProRes LT (1920×1080).

WMV: HD (1280×720) and SD 800 (800×600)

JPG: 1920×1080 in 16:9, 16:10, 16:3, 4:3, 4:1, 1:1 and 9:16. Inverted is also available.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee?

If you’re not satisfied with your CMG Subscription within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund you for the purchase price of your subscription. If you would like a refund, please contact us using our contact page.

What's the Difference Between Single-Site and Multi-Site Subscriptions?

With our single-site license, you can use CMG media however you like at one physical church location, including multiple computers. If your church has multiple locations (different addresses around the city), that would require our multi-site license. Also with a single-site license, you are allowed to work from home and transfer media to your church. We are flexible.

How can I reactivate my subscription at my previous fee which is lower than the current fee?

In the event of a price increase, your current subscription fees will not increase. If you cancel your subscription or fail to make a payment, you will have 30 days to reactivate your subscription at your previous rate if it is lower than the current price. Contact CMG Support for assistance.

If I cancel my subscription do I lose access to all of my Packs?

Whether you’re a Standard, Plus or Premium Subscriber, you will always keep access to the Packs you unlocked in the months while you were subscribed. This does not include past Packs made available through a Premium Subscription, Extras Packs, Templates or Social Graphics.
